Absolutely, we take this very seriously.
What should I expect to be included in my roofing estimate?
- An estimated cost of removing/replacing/installing the new roof
- Full Description of the work to be performed

- What you can expect regarding the work, ie. cleanup

How often should we replace our roof?
- Asphalt shingles: 15-20 years
- Metal: 30-50 years
- Coating: 5-15 years
- PVC Membrane: 15-25 years
Do I need to repair, or replace my roof? How do I know?
- This can be tricky to answer as there are many questions to consider.
- How is the roof?
- Is the roof leaking? If so for how long, and in how many places?
- Can the roof be overlaid, or does it need torn off?
- How much will the repairs cost? Does it make sense to replace instead?

Do you install skylights?

Should we replace my roof before we sell our business or house?
There isn’t a simple answer to this question. Replacing the roof prior to sale can increase the appraisal value and increase the resale value. A full roof inspection can help determine how old your current roof is, if its unknown and figure out the approximate cost. You can use that information to make an educated guess about the return on investment.
Can you work with my insurance company?
If the replacement is due to storm or hail damage, we will work with your adjusters.
Do you offer financing?

How long will it take for you to install my residential shingle roof?
Most residential shingle roofs take 1-3 days.
Is my commercial roof a good candidate for a roof coating?
Upon inspecting your roof, we will provide you with the best options!
Can you just add a roof over my current roof?
Most building codes only allow for two roofing systems. If you already have two, a full tear-off is mandatory—you cannot “recover” it again. We will be able to determine this after we inspect your roof.
Will the work interrupt my business operations?
