Flat and Low-Sloped Roofing
Single-Ply TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)
While TPO hasn’t been on the market as long as some of its counterparts, it has proven itself to be a strong contender in commercial roofing systems. It’s a highly-value option for most commercial, retail, schools, and hospitals. Lightweight in nature, TPO comes in a variety of colors and thicknesses such as 45 mil, 60 mil, 80 mil. Fully-adhering and mechanically fastening are ways the system can be installed.
The Features & Benefits
- Energy Efficient: With options in white, grays, and tans, the roof system is highly reflective and energy efficient keeping the internal temperature of a building more consistent. Building owners and managers will notice a reduction in energy consumption and related costs.
- Quick Installation: Lightweight in nature, the TPO system installs quickly over a variety of roof systems and substrates using a mechanically fastened or fully adhered method.
- Tear & Puncture Resistant: he strength of the TPO membrane helps to keep your roof watertight against mother nature and 3rd parties.
- Highly Waterproof: The seams on a TPO system are often heat-welded making the system virtually leak-proof for years to come.
